Helping to keep the peace in Elmsford was Batman, who showed up at the school's Halloween Parade looking suspiciously like Superintendent Joseph Ricca. The superintendent promised students from  Alice E. Grady Elementary School and the Carl L. Hundreds Of Kids Flock To Pleasantville Ragamuffin Parade PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- It's not everyday you see a zebra, a minion and a DJ walking down Bedford Road in Pleasantville. The village held its annual Ragamuffin Parade on Saturday, giving kids a chance to strut their stuff in their Halloween costumes. Kids walked toward Memorial Plaza where they enjoyed rides, pumpkin decorating, crafts, games, face painting and refreshments. Before the parade, the village held its annual Tina's 5K Run/Walk, which raises money for the The Tina Shaina Gambino Memorial Foundation.

Tarrytown Celebrates Halloween With Annual Parade TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- One of Westchester's most spookiest villages celebrated Halloween in style Saturday. Thousands came out for Tarrytown's annual parade which featured more than 25 floats, stilt walkers, a magician, dancers and marching bands participating. The famed Headless Horseman even made an appearance. "The parade grows larger every year,"  said Joe Arduino, Tarrytown Recreation Department Administrator. “Participants come from the Bronx, Queens and New Jersey. It is a lot of fun."
