The village held its annual Ragamuffin Parade on Saturday, giving kids a chance to strut their stuff in their Halloween costumes. Kids walked toward Memorial Plaza where they enjoyed rides, pumpkin decorating, crafts, games, face painting and refreshments. Tarrytown Celebrates Halloween With Annual Parade TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- One of Westchester's most spookiest villages celebrated Halloween in style Saturday. Thousands came out for Tarrytown's annual parade which featured more than 25 floats, stilt walkers, a magician, dancers and marching bands participating. The famed Headless Horseman even made an appearance.
