ID Released For Woman Who Died After Jumping From Bridge In Region A woman who jumped to her death from a Hudson Valley bridge has been identified by police. Dutchess County resident Dawn Stackhouse, age 52, of Beekman, jumped from the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge in Rhinebeck, on Monday, April 1. According to Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police, an investigation determined Stackhouse jumped from the bridge around 9:50 a.m. Good Samaritans fishing near the bridge removed her from the water and attempted life-saving measures, Hicks said. She was transported to a local area hospital where she was pronounced dead. This investigation remains ongoing.…

Albany County resident Tabitha King, age 41, of Colonie, was last seen in Albany on Friday, March 29, after being dropped off for an appointment, according to Colonie Police. King is 5-foot-1 and 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Colonie Police Department at 518-783-2754. The Rensselaer County incident happened shortly before 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, in Troy, near 3rd and Jefferson streets. Troy Police said someone called 911 saying they had heard multiple gunshots in the area.
