Equipment was set up to shoot on Liberty Street and Burnside Avenue Friday afternoon, directly across from Congers Station Park.

In "Bull," Weatherly plays Dr. Jason Bull, who runs a trial consulting firm with a team of experts "who employ psychology, human intuition and high-tech data to understand jurors, lawyers, witnesses and defendants, and construct effective narratives to help their clients win," according to CBS

There was no sign of Weatherly on Friday, nor other cast members Geneva Carr, Freddy Rodriguez, Jaime Lee Kirchner, Annabelle Attanasio, and Christopher Jackson.

A notice taped to a lamp post along Burnside Avenue explained the show would be filming on Thursday and Friday.

Thursday scenes included shots of vehicles driving by Congers Station Park on Lake Road and Burnside Avenue while Friday filming kicked off at 10 a.m. and was expected to end at 12:30 a.m.

These scenes would include the smashing of a prop window with break away glass and "small pyrotechnic effects."

A member of the production crew declined to say which episodes the scenes were being shot for.

"Base camp" for those involved with the show was set up in the parking lot of St. Paul's Catholic Church, down Lake Road from where filming was taking place.

The character of Bull was inspired by the early career of Dr. Phil McGraw, who is best known for his eponymous mid-day show that has been on the air since 2002. Prior to his talkshow days, McGraw--better known as Dr. Phil--founded a successful "trial services" firm.

The show's executive producers include Steven Spielberg, Mark Goffman (USA's "White Collar"), Paul Attanasio ("House M.D."), McGraw, Justin Falvey, Darryl Frank, and Jay McGraw.

The Clarkstown Police Department announced yesterday that Burnside Avenue would be closed from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. to allow for filming.

"Bull" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on CBS.
