Bronxville's Village Lutheran Church Celebrates Rite of Confirmation

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Village Lutheran Church celebrated the Rite of Confirmation May 17.

For "Lifer Youth," the Confirmation Program, Confirmands were given a Confirmation Bible Verse and anointed with oil. The Confirmands attended weekly courses for two years during their 7th and 8th grade years. 

Confirmands included the following: Jack Daniel Bennett, Michael Angelo Blackwell, Bethany Caroline Carter, Andrew Robert Clausen, Joshua Alexander Coombs, Emma English Hoesterey, Ryan Francis Martin, Anthony Joseph Masella, Jr., Elizabeth Lane Parson, Chloe Ann Pinto. The Confirmands included students from Bronxville, Eastchester, Mamaroneck, Mt. Vernon and Yonkers.
