Holiday Events Fill Calendar At Bijou Theatre In Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Don't miss out on these exciting events coming to the Bijou Theatre this holiday season, including traditional and swing music, a food drive and a special performance by the winner of “The Voice.”

Christmas with the Celts: Ric Blair and his band, the Celts, are bringing their blend of Celtic and Traditional holiday music to the Bijou stage Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. The show is an interactive community experience celebrating the warmth, joy, and magic of the holiday season. Tickets start at $45.

Musical Sensation Javier Colon: Yes, the winner of “The Voice,” season one, Colon, is returning for a special performance. The Stratford native will perform on Dec. 12 at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $49.

The Yale Whiffenpoofs Holiday Concert: The world's oldest and most famous a cappella group brings its vocal talents to a unique holiday concert. Their voices fill the theatre on Dec. 13 at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $25.

New York City Swing: The energetic, get-on-your-feet-and-dance music of New York City Swing comes back for a holiday-fueled concert. The house will be rockin' on Dec. 19 at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $25.

'Remember September' 10th Anniversary Holiday Party & Food Drive: The Trumbull-based, indie rock group, Remember September comes to the Bijou to celebrate the holidays and a milestone in the band's history. You can join them on Dec. 20 at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $20.
