Racquet Club Supports Weston High Players

WESTON, Conn. -- High school tennis team hopefuls took advantage of free court time and pro instruction offered by the Weston Racquet Club to prepare for their upcoming season.

"As a first-year coach at Weston High School, I greatly appreciated the warm welcome from Weston Racquet Club and the practice time the players received. It made for a terrific start to our season," said Mary Ann Noyer, the Weston High School girls' tennis coach.

Nearly 20 students participated in Sunday practices during three weekends in March under the guidance of Director of Tennis Angelo Rossetti. The lessons were provided as part of the club's community support outreach program.

Players interested in other junior tennis activities, such as the Junior Intersession and Summer programs, should contact Junior Program Coordinator Lisa Moholt at Lmoholt@WestonRacquet.com or 203-226-2249 ext. 21.
