Greenburgh Police Arrest Tarrytown Woman On Drug Charges

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- A 28-year-old Tarrytown woman was arrested by Greenburgh police during a traffic stop after police found 14 glassine envelopes containing heroin and heroin residue and 20 hypodermic needles containing heroin residue, according to a Patch.com report.

Jessica Toth was charged with driving while ability impaired, criminal possession of a control substance in the seventh degree, and possession of a hypodermic instrument.
