Antoinette Germani, 93, Lifelong Tarrytown Resident

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- Antoinette Germani, 93, a lifelong resident of North Tarrytown, died Tuesday, April 14.

She was born May 7, 1921, in North Tarrytown to the late Rosario and Marianne Siragusa Ippolito.

Germani worked at Eastern Aircraft during World War II, then as a secretary for NBW in White Plains for 20 years.

Survivors include her husband, Rocco Germani; one sister, Angelina Hoyt of Tarrytown; and several nieces and nephews.

Two brothers, Gustino and Thomas Ippolito, and two sisters, Frances and Madeline Ippolito, preceded her in death.

Calling hours will be 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday, April 17, at Coffey Funeral Home, 91 N. Broadway, Tarrytown.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Church, 199 N. Broadway, Sleepy Hollow.

Interment will be in the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA.
