Former FBI 'Spy Hunter' From Sleepy Hollow Sentenced To 10 Years

SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. – A former FBI agent from Sleepy Hollow was sentenced Monday in a Utah federal court to 10 years in prison for fraud, conspiracy and obstruction, reports lohud.com.

Robert Lustyik, 52, pleaded guilty in Sept. 2014 ta taking $200,000 from Michael Taylor, a contractor under investigation according to the report.

Lustyik was a 24-year veteran of the FBI who worked in counterintelligence. He retired in 2012 on the eve of the Utah indictment, according to the lohud report
