The magazine says Psilakis's Irvington restaurant “comes pretty close to flawless.” Irvington's Happy Trails Grooming Salon also earned a spot on the “Best” list for its calming atmosphere and comprehensive services.
The greek yogurt at Lefteris Gyro in Tarrytown earned the “virtuous dessert” citation for its “decadent crown of walnuts and honey.” The magazine notes the all-natural ingredients mean it's better for your diet too.
Hank's Alley, the Tarrytown antiques shop on Kaldenberg Place, was called the best for “eclectic antiques” for low prices and a willingness to negotiate with his collection of wares.
Riverstone Yoga was cited for its “innovative yoga classes.” One of Tarrytown's newest yoga studios, Riverstone offers classes in aerial yoga, Mesh yoga and Hot Rock Flow.
Castle Hotel and Spa earned an “eagerly anticipated spa” note for its soon-to-be-opened Thann Sanctuary Spa.
“The uber-luxe, $9 million Thann Sanctuary Spa had not yet opened at the newly remodeled Castle Hotel when we went to press in June, and we’re just chomping at the bit to check it out,” the magazine said.
