TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- Its going to be a wet day, Tarrytown.The National Weather Service is predicting periods of rain and a possible thunderstorm Monday. Rainfall estimates are expected to be between a quarter and half of an inch.The National Weather Service says the rain likely wont let up by Monday night, with a 60 percent chance of showers and a thunderstorm after 8 p.m. Monday nights estimated rainfall is expected to be between a 10th and a quarter of an inch, with higher amounts possible if thunderstorms hit the area.Tuesday has a 40 percent chance of rain before 5 p.m.Parts of Westchester County remain under a flash flood watch.
