Route 9A was closed through Wednesday evening after an early morning motor-vehicle crash involving a downed pole and wires.

The closure, which began at 8:45 a.m., occurred at Greenburgh between Secor Road and Revolutionary Road.

Con Ed crews were at the scene throughout the morning and afternoon.
