Quintet From PA, NC Nabbed By Teaneck Detectives With Three Kilos Of Coke Off NJ Turnpike
Teaneck police seized three kilos of cocaine along with three men from Pennsylvania and two from North Carolina during a traffic stop.
Two vehicles traveling together were stopped by township detectives near the Glenpointe complex just off the New Jersey Turnpike during a drug investigation, Teaneck Police Chief Andrew McGurr said.
The 6½ pounds of coke had an estimated street value of about $60,000, the chief said.

Man Shot After Breaking Into Reading Home, Attacking Residents: Authorities
A trespasser who forced his way inside a Reading home Thursday night, March 7, is now recovering from a gunshot wound, according to city police.
Timothy Harris, 37, went inside a house on the 100 block of South 5th Street, an RPD spokesperson told Daily Voice.
When confronted by residents, police said Harris attacked two of them before he was shot in the leg. He fled the scene but was picked up by police a short time later, authorities said.
Harris was treated at Reading Hospital and then charged with criminal trespassing, assault, and related counts, according to police.…
Reading Man Guilty In 2018 Triple Murder, Berks Court Finds
The suspect in a 2018 triple homicide was convicted by a Berks County jury on Wednesday, March 6, authorities say.
Jairo Guerrero-Bautista, 21, of Reading, was found guilty on three counts of first-degree murder and conspiracy, said the District Attorney's Office.
Investigators say he conspired with Jonathan Torres and two other unidentified men to kill Marli Alonso, Omar Harris, and Joel Cintrón on Dec. 12, 2018.
Alonso, 18, Harris, 20, and Cintrón, 19, were killed on the 600 block of Moss Street, according to police.

Five members of an alleged trafficking group active in greater Philadelphia face federal charges, the US Attorney's Office announced this week.

The National Weather Service says parts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania could see more snow than what was initially predicted due to a shift in the storm track.
