Three Bulldogs Selected for Section 1 Senior Bowl

MAHOPAC, N.Y. – Section 1 high school football coaches have chosen the players who will compete in the Senior Bowl All-Star game scheduled for Sunday at Mahopac High School at 2 p.m.

Irvington Bulldogs players Kevin Degnan, Chris DiNardo and Alex Bennett will represent their team on the South team and Bulldogs head coach Mike Avila will be the assistant coach.

The players were nominated by Section 1 coaches and rosters for the North and South teams were completed through a selection process that rated players at each position and allowed teams to fill in their nominated players.

Several top players were chosen but declined to play, and others may be added to the squad.
