Ciocci served previously as the tackles and tight ends coach at Wagner College. While at Wagner College, Ciocci was responsible for installing the offensive concepts for the tight ends in addition to organizing practice plans and drills for the tight ends and tackles. Additionally, he was responsible for recruiting in several states, including Pennsylvania and Texas. Ciocci also was in charge of breaking down film and scouting opposing defenses for upcoming contests. Ciocci was previously the assistant offensive line coach for the Seahawks. Before his time at Wagner, he worked with Team USA National Under 17 American Football Team where he served as the offensive line coach. "We are excited to have Steve Ciocci as a part of #SetterNation," Rondeau said. "Steve was a big part of the success of Wagner College as a player and as a coach. That program has enjoyed tremendous growth and prosperity in his time there. Steve understands what we are working to accomplish at Pace and he has good ideas of how to contribute. Steve will do a great job of helping our offensive line to becoming a more united, cohesive and productive unit. Steve will be an asset in recruiting the northeast as well." Ciocci attended school at Wagner before his employment with the Seahawks, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2012. He also completed his grad work in Staten Island, earning an MBA with a concentration in Management in 2014.
