Tarrytown Area Students Earn School Honors

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. – Students from Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow and Irvington have earned several awards and honors while at school and college:

  • Sleepy Hollow resident Jonathan Rodriguez Santos and Tarrytown residents Janine Kyriacou and Marisely Rodriguez were named to the dean's list at Siena College.
  • Irvington resident Andrew Meni received the Amy M. Gilbert Prize for Excellence in History at Binghamton University.
  • Tarrytown resident Christopher DiLorenzo graduated from Gettysburg College with a degree in environmental studies.
  • Irvington resident Dylan Harrison was named to the dean's list at SUNY Buffalo State.
  • Sleepy Hollow residents Samantha Palazzi and Roberta Shortell were named to the dean's list at Fairfield University.
  • Irvington resident Philip DeLaMater graduated from the Loomis Chaffee School.
  • Irvington resident Erik Romain graduated from the University of New Haven with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice.
  • Sleepy Hollow residents Sophie Phillips, Joanna Raymund, Mike Valentin were named to the dean's list at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
