SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. -- Sleepy Hollow students from the Participation in Government and Contemporary Issues class and teacher Claire Heskestad took part in Con Edison’s Get Out the Vote Video Contest.
The class created an original video that expressed why voting is important to them.
Heskestad’s class video was placed in the top three and they are invited to attend the screening party on Wednesday, Oct. 29, at the Museum of the Moving Image in Queens where the winner will be announced.
