Irvington School District Budget Passes

IRVINGTON, N.Y. -- Voters in Irvington approved the school district's 2015-2016 budget Tuesday.

Voters voted 835 votes to 373 votes to approve the $57.7 million budget, which carries a 2.2 percent tax increase.

Michael Hanna and Catherine Palmieri were elected to the Board of Education with 816 votes and 809 votes, respectively. Incumbent Robyn Kerner came in third with 626 votes.
