The district held its second annual Dads Take Your Child to School Day on Tuesday, Sept. 20. The event encourages fathers and significant male family members to accompany their youngsters to school, learn more about their teachers and classrooms, and enjoy refreshments.

The celebration was capped off with "Dads and Donuts," an event held at 10 a.m, at the District Administration Building on Greenburgh’s Warburg campus.

Superintendent of Schools Dr. Tahira Dupree Chase and Board of Education Vice President David Warner planned an informal discussion with fathers in attendance. Also joining them were town officials, Greenburgh police and fire department representatives, and community and church leaders.
