Edgemont High School Evacuated As Police Respond To Bomb Threat

GREENBURGH, N.Y. - Students were evacuated from Edgemont High School on Monday after a non-specific bomb threat was discovered.

On Monday morning, all students were evacuated from the building follow a threat that was made to the building at around 9 a.m.

According to the school district, all students were evacuated as per the district safety plan and Greenburgh police responded to the scene. The Westchester County Police bomb squad has swept the gym and every has moved as police finish sweeping the rest of the campus.

School officials said that all students are safe and under the supervision of Edgemont High School faculty and staff. Officials have requested that no one comes to campus.
