New Canaan Town Hall Building Committee III meeting: 6:45 p.m. The commission will have a regular meeting. Among the items on the agenda is an overview of the request for proposals for the renovation of Town Hall. New Canaan Town Hall, 77 Main St.

Wednesday, May 30

Saxe Middle School Orchestra Concert: 7 p.m. Saxe students will perform at the orchestra concert. Saxe Middle School, 468 South Ave.

Thursday, May 31

New Canaan Library Book Babies: 11 a.m. New Canaan Library will host its Book Babies program in the Children’s Program Room. Drop in for a program of songs, bounces, rhymes and a special book, followed by social playtime for babies and caregivers. The program is for children 17 months and younger. New Canaan Library, 151 Main St.

Friday, June 1

New Canaan High School presents "Oklahoma!:" 7:30 p.m. The New Canaan High School theater department will stage "Oklahoma!," the first musical produced by the legendary team of Rodgers and Hammerstein nearly 70 years ago. It is filled with tunes that are so familiar to most of us that it has become a perennial favorite among theater-goers. New Canaan High School, 11 Farm Road.

St. Luke’s School graduation: 10 a.m. The members of St. Luke’s School Class of 2012 will complete their years at the school and receive their diplomas at the commencement exercises. St. Luke’s School, 377 N. Wilton Road.
