The Hudson River has the potential of becoming a major tourist attraction for the entire state, and in the process revitalizing all the river towns, lohud.com said.
Martin Ginsburg, whose company has three residential projects in Westchester and Rockland, said the Hudson River is one of the most beautiful rivers in the world, lohud.com said.
More than a half-dozen new residential developments are underway on both sides of the river in the lower Hudson Valley, transforming former manufacturing hubs into waterfront destinations with fine restaurants, parks and luxury apartments with river views, lohud.com said.
