It's Election Time In Tarrytown

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. — It's that time of the year when village residents get to vote for whom they want to be able to represent them. 

Tarrytown Trustee Doug Zollo,  Mayor Drew Fixell, Trustee Becky McGovern, Village Trustee, and Village Justice Thomas D. Butler Jr. are all seeking re-election.

This year the election process is being handled by the Westchester County Board of Elections for the first time. 

The races in Tarrytown are for mayor, village trustees and village justice.  

Mayor Drew Fixell will be seeking re-relection for a sixth term; his challenger is Paul Janos. 

Village trustees Thomas D. Butler Jr., Becky McGovern and Doug Zollo are all running unopposed. 

Village Justice Kyle McGovern is also running unopposed for re-election to a four year term. 

Remember to vote, and the polls will be open on Wednesday, March 18, from 6 a.m.-9 p.m.
