Roslyn Corrigan said Bush, a Greenwich native, groped her buttocks at a Nov. 2003 event in Texas according to Time Magazine when they were getting their picture taken. Six women have accused Bush of groping them.
The 93-year-old Bush was 79 years old at the time of the alleged incident.
"What does a teenager say to the ex-president of the United States?" Corrigan told Time. "Like, 'Hey dude, you shouldn't be touching me like that?' "
A spokesperson for Bush told that the 41st president apologizes if he ever offended anyone during a photo-op.
Bush and his wife Barbara were married at First Presbyterian Church in Rye on Jan. 6, 1945. Barbara Bush is a Rye native.
