Tarrytown Teen Charged After Punching School Official In Face, Police Say

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- Yorktown Police charged a Tarrytown teen after he reportedly punched a school administrator in the face on Friday, Jan. 22 officials said.

The incident occurred at approximately 11:59 a.m. at the Fox Meadow Campus Boces department, Yorktown Police said. 

The suspect, whose name is being withheld due to his eligibility for youthful offender status, was arrested and charged with third-degree attempted assault. He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Court on Tuesday, Feb. 2, police said.
