Jose Piedra, 48, who pleaded guilty in September to second-degree unlawful surveillance, a felony, will also be required to register as a sex offender when he is released from prison.

In August 2011, Target security viewing store surveillance footage saw Piedra taking videos up women's skirts with his cell phone. White Plains police arrested Piedra after viewing the video and canvassing the store.

Security told police that Piedra had been seen taking more video while police were looking for him.

Police found video clips of at least three women on Piedra's phone, the district attorney's office said.
