Route 9 Ramp In Cortlandt Cleared Monday Morning

CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. -- Route 9 in Cortlandt reopened on Monday morning after a jackknifed tractor trailer resulted in the closure of the road.

The accident was reported at 6:35 a.m.
