Ruben Auquilla, 46, was charged with driving while intoxicated, two counts of driving drunk with a child who is 15 years or younger in the car and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Sleepy Hollow police said a caller reported that Auquilla was driving recklessly on Route 9, heading southbound into the village, around 5 p.m. on Monday. Police said that officers later found him attempting to park on Beekman Avenue, where they discovered his 44-year-old wife and two children, ages 7 and 8, were in the car with him.
Auquilla was arraigned on $7,500 bail and taken to the Westchester County Jail.
