SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. -- A suspect was arrested in Yonkers following the stabbing death of a 17-year-old boy in Barnhardt Park in Sleepy Hollow on Friday night, according to lohud.com.
Authorities have not released the name of either the suspect or victim, the report said.
The victim, from an undisclosed location in New Jersey, was pronounced dead at Westchester Medical Center after he was found in the park bleeding from a stab wound, the report said.
The stabbing death resulted in the postponement of Sleepy Hollow's scheduled varsity football Homecoming game Saturday against Somers. For more on that, click here.
