Ossining Man Charged With DWI In Route 9 Stop

OSSINING, N.Y. -- New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks charged an Ossining man with driving while intoxicated on Saturday, according to officials.

Carlos M. Santiago, 66, was pulled over for allegedly failing to maintain his lane of travel. Subsequent investigation prompted troopers to charge him with DWI, police said.

Santiago is scheduled to appear in court on March 20, police said.
