Troopers charged Adam Simon, 21, of Hawthorne, with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage collision, according to the press release.

Simon is scheduled to answer to those charges in the Village of Elmsford Court at 9 a.m. on March 25.

During the traffic detail, state troopers issued four speeding tickets and 18 other traffic citations, according to the press release.
