Timothy Edward Lange, a Wappingers Falls resident, died on Friday, Jan. 6 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. He was 48.

Born Nov. 21, 1968 in North Tarrytown, he was the son of the late Egon Lange and Shirley E. Tompkins Hallock.

Lange was a baker for The Cake Bin in Beacon for 30-plus years.

He is survived by his mother; a daughter, Katherine Lange; a son, Timothy Lange; sisters Rojeana Bowden and Tabitha Touhey; brothers Kenneth Lange, John Lange and Fred Touhey; several nieces and nephews; other family members and friends.

He was predeceased by his father and his stepfather, Dennis D. Hallock.

Burial will take place at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13, at Wappingers Falls Rural Cemetery, Wappingers Falls.

Arrangements were handled by Jarett D. Quick at Libby Funeral Home, Inc., 55 Teller Ave., Beacon.
