St. Clair M. Marshall, 96, Of Sleepy Hollow

SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. – St. Clair M. Marshall, of Sleepy Hollow, died on Thursday, July 23. He was 96.

Marshall was born in October 1918 in St. George, S.C., attending the University of South Carolina and School of Law.

He served in the Navy during World War II, aboard the USS Swift Arrow in the Pacific. Afterf the war in the Port Director's Office in Shanghai.

Marshall moved to New York City to attend Columbia Business School, and worked for Price Waterhouse, Daystrom, Inc., NBC, North American Philips, and Chappell Music

He is survived by his wife MaryAnn; four children, John and his wife, Meredith; David and his wife, Treeah; James and his wife, Amber; Mary Elisabeth and her husband, Stephen; eight grandchildren, his brother William Muckenfuss and his sister Rachel Barnes.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Aug, 2 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Warner Public Library in Tarrytown.
