TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- Camilla R. Cesa a former resident of Tarrytown and Ossining passed away Thursday, Oct. 24. She was 93.
Cesa, born in New York City on April 18, 1920, was the daughter of Giusseppe and Elizabeth (Mascola) Benedetto.
Cesa was a seamstress at Stewart Manufacturing and a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Sleepy Hollow, where she was a member of St. Ann’s Sodality. She was also a member of the Tarrytown Transfiguration Senior Citizens.
Cesa is survived by her daughter Colleen (Len) DeCecchis of Pleasantville, her two grandchildren Erin and Craig DeCecchis, her brother Dominick Benedetto, and sister Rose Aruilio. She was predeceased by her husband Gelindo Cesa.
Funeral Mass Saturday, Oct. 26 at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Sleepy Hollow. Interment will follow at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Bethel Nursing Home, Cortlandt, NY, in her name.
