SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. - Anita Imm, a longtime resident of Sleepy Hollow died May 18. She was 84.
Imm was born May 26, 1928, in Newark, N.J. to Fred and Amanda Allen Chiasson. She was raised in North Tarrytown. She was a parishioner of St. Teresa of Avila Church and she had been a member of the Sleepy Hollow Seniors.
Imm is survived by children, Ronald (Nicole) of Montrose, Robert (Anna) of Katy, Texas, Shirley (Joseph) Thomas of Norwalk, Conn., and Sandra (Sonny) Chan of Old Greenwich, Conn.; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Kenneth; and sisters, Doris Tart and Velma Trapanese.
Calling hours are Wednesday, May 22 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. will be at Coffey Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 23 at St. Teresa of Avila Church with burial to follow in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
