YONKERS, N.Y. -- A Yonkers man is in the custody of state police despite still being in a coma following a fatal wrong-way car on the Sprain Brook Parkway on Friday, according to LoHud.com.
Authorities say the man responsible for a fatal wrong-way crash on the Sprain Brook is in custody despite still being in a coma.

Photo Credit: Bob TerilliEfren Moreano, 20, was driving north in the southbound lanes when his vehicle collided with a Honda Pilot head on, killing the driver, NYPD Detective Paul Duncan of Hartsdale, LoHud.com reported.
Authorities did not specify the charges against Moreano, only that they are criminal, LoHud.com said.
