Tarrytown, Irvington and Sleepy Hollow village halls and all village offices will be closed.
All post offices in Tarrytown, Irvington and Sleepy Hollow will be closed.
The Warner Library and the Irvington Library will be closed.
Most banks will be closed.
All courts and state and federal government offices will be closed.
