WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The chairman of the Westchester County Conservative Party tendered his resignation from a position with Westchester County after he was charged with driving while intoxicated following an accident on Monday, Aug. 25, according to LoHud.com.

Hugh Fox Jr., who is a staff member for Rob Astorino since 2010, was allegedly found at the scene of the accident yelling at another one of the drivers involved when police arrived, LoHud.com reported. 

Fox was arraigned and is due to appear in White Plains City Court on Thursday, Sept. 25, LoHud.com said.

Question 2 arises...Mr. Obama announced yesterday that he has no strategy plan for the Middle East, and today he is going on two fund raisers. If he using a govt. planes and cars for personal reasons will he be required to reimburse the tax payers for the use. And, how many govt employees are given govt cars for personal use???

Question: Was Mr. Fox driving a county car during the evening on county business? If he was driving a county car for personal reasons will he be required to reimburse the county for the damages? How many county employees are given county cars for personal use?
