Tarrytown police are seeking information about two men after two students at the EF school were nearly mugged.
Police received a call around 1:30 a.m. that the students, a man and a woman, were walking up Neperan Road near Hamilton Place when two men tried to take the females pocketbook, according to Lieutenant William Herguth.
The men left after they couldnt get the pocketbook away from the woman. Herguth said no injuries were reported.
Herguth described the men as short, stocky Hispanics and urged anyone with information to call the Tarrytown Polices Detective Division at 914-631-1514.
No one was available to comment at the EF school.
