Perspectives of Light and Dark, photographs of lighthouses by Dani Jackson on exhibit in the Martucci Gallery at the Irvington Public Library. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free.
Farmer's Market: Stone Barns Centers produce, meat and eggs will be on sale from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 630 Bedford Road, Pocantico Hills.
Civil War 150th Anniversary Exhibit at the Sleepy Hollow-Tarrytown Historical Society. 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Jacob Odell House at 1 Grove Street in Tarrytown.
Free Jazz Concert at Patriots Park 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Featured artist: Le Pompe Attack Gypsy Jazz.
Piano Bar at Bistro Z at the Doubletree Hotel in Tarrytown. 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Sleepy Hollow High School Football Car Wash Fundraiser 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sleepy Hollow High School. The proceeds will help fund the upcoming football season, including summer camps and much more.

Mobile Shredder Unit at Tarrytown Village Hall. 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Mobile Shredder is available to help residents destroy unwanted personal papers and documents with personal identifying information.

Tarrytown Farmer's Market at Patriots Park. 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tarrytown Farmer's Market in Patriot's Park every Saturday through Thanksgiving draws together farmers and artisan foods producers from around New York State, selling fresh fruit and produce, chicken, eggs, cheese, baked goods and more. The market also features live music, children's activities, plus representatives from a multitude of community groups. It's the place to shop, meet up with your neighbors and find out what's going on in the village.

Summer Nights with Ingmar Bergman at the Tarrytown Music Hall: Fanny and Alexander. 7 p.m. In Bergmans magnum opus, a large family gathering forms the backdrop for an enchanting epic that encompasses all of his favorite themes. As film historian David Shipman describes it, Fanny and Alexander is a tale of two families: one theatrical, warm, loving, hedonistic, far-reaching; and the other clerical, mean-spirited, cold, self-righteous, vain...$5 ticket price.
