Tarrytown Welcomes Two New Restaurants

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- Two new restaurants have made their way into Tarrytown to serve residents.

The Oath opened last week where SanteFe formerly was at 5 Main St.    

Owner Joe Vicidomimi , who also owns the Craftsman Ale House in Harrison, brings to The Oath a lot of experience in craft beers. The Oath has more than 100 craft beers and many bottles of hard-to-find brews. The Oath offers 20 rotating draft lines with a mix of American and international beers. Its food menu includes hand-crafted burgers, steak, chicken, macaroni and cheese, waffles and jumbo-sized wings. The Oath is open from 11 a.m. to midnight. daily.

Bibille, a Korean-fusion restaurant at 14 Main St., opened Wednesday. The Moon family and Kim family, owners of the restaurant are no strangers to the restaurant world.  They own two other restaurants in North Bergen and West New York, N.J.  Bibille focuses on healthy food and does not serve food with MSG.

Some of the foods Bibille serves include rice bowls with three kinds of rice, chicken, beef, or pork, eight vegetables, eggs and four sauces\ from which to choose, as well as fresh sushi; smoothies and bubble tea. Bibille is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. It is closed Sundays.
