Tarrytown announced Friday that it would be participating in the Fourth of July fireworks display with Sleepy Hollow.
Previously, Tarrytown had withdrawn from participating because, according to the announcement, Pierson Park would not have been available to view the fireworks. Delays in construction have kept Pierson Park open and mean that Tarrytown will participate.
The fireworks display will take place on July 4th at dusk. Fireworks will be shot off at the General Motors site and can be viewed from Pierson Park and the RiverWalk Park.
The rain date for the fireworks display is September 10, which is the date of the Sleepy Hollow Street Fair.
