TARRYTOWN, N.Y. – Officials in Tarrytown said they do not plan to appeal the ruling in two local manhole deaths, according to Lohud .
The ruling in the deaths of a volunteer firefighter and public works employees in 2010 will not be appealed by Tarrytown officials, according to Lohud . A panel of judges ruled that the village knew of the regulations required to enter a small and confined space, but did not follow them, according to Lohud.
