Tarrytown Holds Village Elections Tuesday

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. – Tarrytown residents will head to the polls on Tuesday as six candidates vie for three open seats on the Board of Trustees.

Trustees serve two-year terms and are paid $2,400 a year.

Six candidates are running for three open seats on the Board of Trustees. Incumbents Thomas Basher, Mary McGee and Robert Hoyt are running on the Democratic and Tarrytown United lines. Challengers Alison Boldyrev, Eleanor Miscioscia and Christine Miscioscia are running on the Republican and Tarrytown First lines.

The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Need help finding your district? The Westchester Board of Elections has a “Find Your Polling Place” application.

  • District No. 1: Riverside Hose Firehouse at the intersection of White Street and Franklin Street

  • District No. 2: Phenix Hose Firehouse at the intersection of Mechanics Avenue and Central Avenue

  • District No. 3: Main Street Firehouse at 50 Main St.

  • District No. 4: First Baptist Church at 56 South Broadway

  • District No. 5: Temple Beth Abraham at 25 Leroy Ave.

  • District No. 6: Tarrytown Village Hall at 1 Depot Plaza

  • District No. 7: Consolidated Engine Firehouse at 177 Sheldon Ave.

  • District No. 55: Washington Engine Firehouse at 157 White Plains Road

  • District No. 74: Tarrytown Village Hall at 1 Depot Plaza

  • District No. 76: Consolidated Engine Firehouse at 177 Sheldon Ave.

  • District No. 82: Washington Engine Firehouse at 157 White Plains Road
