TARRYTOWN, N.Y. – Seven Tarrytown DoubleTree by Hilton banquet hall employees have sued their bosses for more than $2 million in overtime, tips, wages and alleged labor law violations, lohud.com reported.

Some of the employees have worked at the hotel for as long as seven years, attorney Jack Malley told a lohud.com reporter.

The federal lawsuit was filed in White Plains on Thursday, Dec. 4, according to lohud.com.
