Sleepy Hollow Sees A Rainy End To Work Week

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. – The National Weather Service is predicting a rainy end to the work week, but it should clear up by Saturday.

Wednesday will see a high near 44 degrees, with a northwest wind between 9 and 11 mph.

Thursday is marked by a 40 percent chance of precipitation, mainly after 3 p.m. Temperatures should reach a high of 42 degrees and a low of 38 degrees.

The chance of precipitation increases to 80 percent Thursday night, and continues into Friday morning. The National Weather Service predicts another half and three quarters of an inch will fall Thursday night.

Friday's temperatures are expected to reach a high of 51 and a low of 33 degrees. Rain is more likely to fall before noon.

The rain is expected to stop before Saturday, which will see partly sunny skies and a high near 45 degrees.
