Sleepy Hollow High School To Host Blood Drive

SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. – Sleepy Hollow High School will host a blood drive on Nov. 2, the school announced Thursday.

The blood drive is open to the public, and the school encourages everyone to donate.

“Donating blood is literally giving the gift of life,” the announcement read. “Each day, patients in our regions need close to 2,000 people a day to roll up their sleeves to give the gift of life. There is simply no substitute for voluntarily donated blood. Without volunteer donors, our community would not have an adequate community blood supply.”

The blood drive will take place from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the Kusel Auditorium lobby.
