- More than two dozen individuals plan to boycott Bill Cosby’s Saturday, Dec. 6 show at Tarrytown Music Hall in light of the media attention surrounding allegations that the comedian used his status to sexually abuse women for decades.
- New York State Police will begin special traffic enforcement checkpoints for speeding, drinking and driving and distracted driving on Wednesday that will continue on through Sunday, Nov. 30, according to officials.
- More than 800 guests attended Project SHARE’s 25th annual Thanksgiving Dinner for the homeless at Hastings-on-Hudson High School on Tuesday, Nov. 25.
- The winter storm bearing down on Westchester County and the entire tristate area will drop higher amounts of snow north of Interstate 287, according to the National Weather Service.
