New York Water Taxi Visits Sleepy Hollow

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Villages of Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown have arranged for NY Water Taxi to bring tourists from Manhattan to the villages on Saturdays.

Sleepy Hollow provided a trolley and Tarrytown is providing a shuttle to transport tourists from the dock to the village.

This is the first time NY Water Taxi is offering the ferry trips to Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown bringing tourists to enjoy the farmers market, Tarrytown Halloween parade, haunted hay-rides, cemetery tours, shops and restaurants.

On Oct. 17, the taxi made three trips to Horseman’s Landing in Sleepy Hollow bringing 80 people to experience the many Halloween events in Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown.

This Saturday, the water taxi will leave Manhattan at 1:15, 4:15 and 7:15 p.m.and make return trips at 2:30, 5:30, 8:30 and 11:30 pm.
