Tarrytown's Phelps Memorial Hospital Center held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the opening of the Robin's Nest Child Care Center.
Amanda Iles, a former teacher at Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains, has been charged with rape of a 14-year-old boy while she was an employee at the school.
Incumbent Rob Astorino has won a second term as Westchester county executive.
Sleepy Hollow Police are looking for a suspect who threw a large, unmarked box containing used cooking oil out of a car window at the corner of Beekman Avenue and Clinton Street, according to Patch.com
